OK. The shoulder is pulled, the smoker heated back up and the ribs on. Got a late start so they will not be done until 9. May be lunch tomorrow.

Wife is wanting pasta for dinner, won’t argue, can do that in the AC

will be making shrimp fettuccini

Alfredo-like, or a tomato sauce?

Or blend of both…..one of my best sellers 40 years ago….did pasta with half Parmesan/Romano cheese and half tomato sauces with great accolades…..

Or Prima-Vera with veggies, wine and a little broth or cream plus cheese?!??

Inquiring minds need to know…..

Ford - it’s so great that you guys grow/make your own sauce, pasta, etc., and have the kids help do it.

Those are some lessons a lot of kids don’t get anymore…..
