I love that stuff. Cool it in some cast iron with butter till it explodes and the filling gets crunchy. Butter up some fresh rye bread and it takes me back 50 yearsPerhaps just a pauper's meal but brings back so many memories of childhood. Kishka (Kyshka) - blood sausage. Did not get it often but, man, did I love this. I bought 2. One for mom and she was delighted, The other will be two meals for me. Packed with carbs and calories but worth every fork full. Still looks like heck and my adult children hate the smell. Perhaps they are too modern and a tad spoiled.
