Welcome to the forum !I have been unsuccessful in tracking down specs for the 3 pt hitch. What I am after is the maximum useful length of the hitch arm.
No, I want to know the maximum safe length the right lift arm can be at on my BX2380Welcome to the forum !
You want to know the lift capacity? What model BX we talking about?
They are not adjustable are they? Generally right and left arms would be the same length. No, I want to know the maximum safe length the right lift arm can be at on my BX2380

Do you mean lift rods? (Not sure if that is the correct term for the vertical rods that cause tilting of an implement.)
Side links is the correct term- adjustable and fixed side links. They are not adjustable are they? Generally right and left arms would be the same length.

Brother you ought to know - you build the best of them!Side links is the correct term- adjustable and fixed side links.
Was wondering where I picked up the term lift rods. Apparently that is what Kubota calls side links. Screen shot of a BX23S Operators Manual:Side links is the correct term- adjustable and fixed side links.
I don’t have the information you asked for but will ask a couple of questions and provide you with a solution to the request (maybe).I am adding a box blade for driveway construction and maintenance on our property and I will be wanting to adjust the right side link (lift arm) from level. I'm also looking into a diy box leveller for that link.
I don't know the answer. But you can adjust it as far as it will let you. I think there's a stop to prevent you going too far. You could replace the fixed length rod on the left with another adjustable one. But I don't think the geometry will let you tilt it that far without damaging something.I am adding a box blade for driveway construction and maintenance on our property and I will be wanting to adjust the right side link (lift arm) from level. When I sort out the adjustment range of the right link then I will be looking to Weavers to source the new adjustable side link and make the mods as shown on YouTube threads. The goal is too more easily adjust the box blade up or down from leve3l. I appreciate all the replies. You can have adjustable side links on both sides, if you like. There's no reason that you can't. Weavers Compact Tractor Parts sells hand crank adjustable side links. I bought one for my 790, and it's been great. I had to do some adapting for it to fit, but nothing major- just sleeves. I can adjust it from the seat. I've considered getting a second one for the other side.
On BX's the right side link/lift arm is adjustable so you can tilt the attachment in one direction or the other. It has several inches of travel using a threaded turnbuckle type adjustment. Not a huge range of motion, I seem to recall my BX could tilt a box blade so one side was 4 - 6 inches higher than the other.I am adding a box blade for driveway construction and maintenance on our property and I will be wanting to adjust the right side link (lift arm) from level. Correct. the range of motion on the BX2380 right side lift arm is from 15" to 12-1/2" which is much shorter than either of the Weaver productsOn BX's the right side link/lift arm is adjustable so you can tilt the attachment in one direction or the other. Will be interesting to see how something like that works on such a small tractor. Hope it gets the job done for you!Correct. the range of motion on the BX2380 right side lift arm is from 15" to 12-1/2" which is much shorter than either of the Weaver products
