M7060 - 3-Point Hitch control lever at the rear of tractor.

On several videos that are on the 'net I've noticed a 3-point hitch control lever that is located at the back of the M7060 tractor which makes it easier to connect an implement (see photo below). Does anyone know where one of these can be purchased?

By-the-way, the videos I'm referring to are from European countries so maybe this option is unique for them.
There is a positioning control on the rear fender of the M4 but not on the 7060 unless it has been recently added.

The control on the M4 is a bit of a Rube Goldberg but is helpful in certain circumstances.

Actually most companies offer it particularly on cabbed tractors larger than CUT. They usually have an electric switch located on the rear of the fender or 2 buttons to move the hitch up or down at an extremely slow speed. They have been offered since the late 1980's. Very helpful when trying to get pins aligned when you don't have a quick hitch.
Bingo.

Never seen any such controls on smaller tractors sold in the US aside from the mechanical version on the M4.

John Deere 4066R is a compact tractor with both external hitch controls and the ability to creep forward or backward:
