i don’t see how that tool would work for this because there’s no key way or any space for that slip behind the seal, I’ll try the drill and screws, thxYou could get a seal removal tool like this, https://www.ebay.com/itm/385233812478?chn=ps&_trkparms=ispr=1&amdata=enc:1lGoFMYLhR2iSohL-OWoJWA7&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-117182-37290-0&mkcid=2&mkscid=101&itemid=385233812478&targetid=1644837434523&device=c&mktype=&googleloc=9023860&poi=&campaignid=16743749222&mkgroupid=138744546207&rlsatarget=pla-1644837434523&abcId=9300842&merchantid=6296724&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIoeeUutfC_AIVqxvUAR0XNAgLEAQYBSABEgKI2fD_BwE
Or simply drill a small dia hole in the metal housing, screw in a metal screw and pull the screw out with a vice grip type plier.
https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/threads/injection-pump.61389/I'm kinda curious as to which tractor you're referring to ?
I do know I have the three point all the way up because I put the backhoe back on, I will check that tomorrow, thxOperate any hydraulic device, FEL, steering, three point.
How does all of that work?
Move the three point to a middle position!
I'm betting the three point is dead heading the hydraulic pump.
Thus now that it's building pressure (not leaking by the seal) its bogging down the hydro too.
Issue could also be in the FEL spool valve, block control, or add on valves.
Very well could be that or, you have something else in the hydraulic loop making it dead head and causing it to go into relief.I do know I have the three point all the way up because I put the backhoe back on, I will check that tomorrow, thx
I have one other lever on the outside of the three point lever, I think it could possibly be for maybe a thumb for the backhoe, there are two lines run to the rear of the tractor with quick couplings, I don’t have a thumb so these are used. Where should this lever be positioned?Very well could be that or, you have something else in the hydraulic loop making it dead head and causing it to go into relief.
Those are aux spool valves, they should spring to the middle.I have one other lever on the outside of the three point lever, I think it could possibly be for maybe a thumb for the backhoe, there are two lines run to the rear of the tractor with quick couplings, I don’t have a thumb so these are used. No I don’t think this one is spring loaded, it operates like the three point, should place it in the middle? Those are aux spool valves, they should spring to the middle.
Oh probably the draft lever / valve, yea move it to the middle too, just to make sure it's not also causing the issue. No I don’t think this one is spring loaded, it operates like the three point, should place it in the middle?
Thx again, I’ll try this in the morning, you have a good evening!Oh probably the draft lever / valve, yea move it to the middle too, just to make sure it's not also causing the issue.
Normally it's just the three point lever that's doing it.
You do the same.Thx again, I’ll try this in the morning, you have a good evening!
You do the same.
Another thing to note, that on some models with a BH there is a valve that you move to make the BH hydraulic connect or disconnect, make sure its in theOK this morning I went out and she started and ran just fine, adjusted the levers as you suggested (I was wrong about the other lever, it is spring loaded) it did seem to be better but wouldn’t get over 2000, I stopped and under no load revved to 2500 with no problem. I can run the backhoe with no issues. ????You do the same.
