They make yard work a lot easier both of them love being outside working around the yard and gardens (of course they gotta have something to drive )
We didn't have worry about our daughter dating. She was mean!!!! I'll never forget when my wife casually mentioned that she got called into school today. Daughter was 15yo. This boy was hitting on her trying get her to date him. Then got mad and started harrasing her when she turned him down. She got mad and told him to "Come talk to her when his balls dropped!!!" The boy started cryingWait till she is in her teen years and wants to start dating. You will be pulling your hair out worrying about her every time she goes out the door. The good news is that they are only teens for 7 years, and then they become young adults. Being the parent of a young lady isn't easy.

For sure much easier to drive then a vehicle, but they only 6 and 8 (son does have a couple years on it though). they both took to using the clutch pretty much right away.Gear tractor is more a close cousin.
Dead stop to moving in third is easy on the Kubota..... kid burned a lot of clutch in my silverado trying the same thing !
lol, my 4 kids all learned on manual transmissions. The look on the motor vehicle inspector was priceless when he walked out to give one of my sons his driving test and saw the MR2 turbo.Now,....teach him to drive a stick shift!
