There is no pins it’s a auto lock. (See picture)Do you pick up the bucket a couple of feet at look at the pins to see that they are in fact in the holes properly? You may have had one pin not locked in and the bucket came loose and bent the attaching plate so the pin can not lock (until you get the plate back into the same plane as the other side).
yes that’s a good video. He says try and clean it.Maybe this will help.
I got mine to work really good after fixing the bent parts and adjusting everything correctly but I still installed a couple custom pins just to make sure it's not coming off. The pin diameter is 18mm I don't remember the length when I have it off again I'll measure them I think they were cut to 4.5" once they are installed there is no way for anything to pop off. But it defeats the easy off design these loaders were made for.yes that’s a good video. He says try and clean it.
I just thought maybe some one on the forum has heard about this. Sure wish they would just have used a pin.
The tracktor ser# is 72691 and the loader # is A8435.@Cadman500, what year is your loader/tractor? My 2022 loader has a serial number in a distinctly different format, I'm wondering if there has been some sort of change which may eliminate my loader from such problems. Although I've seen other users report the same issue, I've had no such issues with mine.
