This is important for me, and the main reason I'm considering a B2601. Odd thing is, the pump output is 6.2 GPM on both the 70 and the 80. What else affects the scoopability?
Pump output affects speed of movement. All things being equal. But between those two models, if the one with higher GPM also has larger diameter cylinders, the point may be moot.
System pressure affects maximum hydraulic force produced by hydraulic cylinders...so all things being equal, the system with higher pressure would lift more. But again, things are probably not equal between the two models.
Not sure about scoopability. Maybe a tooth bar on the loader would help in some cases.
With the b2601 it eliminates the hst fan that is on the bx models, to me that is a big plus
Another HUGE difference between my BX and B is ground clearance, and overall ability to do more work regarding pulling, which I think is the result of larger tires and a bit more weight on the B.
I like having both a BX and a B...
