I tried to start my RTV 900 the other day and couldn't get any response from the ignition key, the lights, the horn or anything. There is no power at the fuse box. All fuses, including the high-amp slow-blow fuses, test OK for continuity.
The battery is new and reads 12.7 volts. The battery cables test good for continuity, and the positive battery cable is bringing power to the terminal on the starter. After that, there is none to be found.
It appears the 900's electric system gets its 12V power through that starter terminal, because that's the only connection to the battery's positive terminal. After that, I'm losing continuity somewhere.
Any ideas?
