I have a kubota B26 and wondering if I could use screw in studs for plowing in winter? Lot of people in my area use these in ATVs with great results. Anybody try them in a tractor?
I had them in the front and rear tires of my BX25 and they were great when the gravel driveway iced up. I removed them once I had a lot of asphalt put down. I also ran them on a set of Jeep TJ General tires. The ones I had were from a Canadian company and they're were about $1 each. I bought the tool from them to install the studs using a cordless drill. They were a pain to remove but easy to install.I have a kubota B26 and wondering if I could use screw in studs for plowing in winter? Lot of people in my area use these in ATVs with great results. This is the brand that I purchased. I bought a set for the Jeep and a set for the BX. For some reason I thought that they were a Canadian company but it looks like they're in Oregon.
I just posted my install. I used 90 studs in my fronts, only 1 per lug.How many do you run per lug? I have the R4 tires. How long should I get? Probably keep them closer to outside of tire, plenty of rubber there
