I have the basics in my tool box as mentioned above. Keep plenty of pins and clips, mine just seem to disappear....
I have a plastic container that I keep various hitch clip pins and hair pins in. Amazon sales various assortments for pretty cheap.
I also carry my battery operated blower with me when I head to my land, enables me to blow out the radiator area and me after a dusty day of working.
I leave mine on the farm we hunt for a few days at the time instead of hauling it back and forth. I plan to get me a nice canvas tarp to toss over it during these times. This way when I arrive back the next morning to work it is not soaking wet from the dew or shower that passed through over night. Not necessary by no means but I try to look after my equipment and water seeping in places can cause all kinds of issues as you know.
