One example here $12.95 and it is 18-8 stainless. 180 mm length should be about 7" 70,000 tensile strength should be good

I wanted to update every one the progress.

I ordered a set of grade 10.9 M22-2.5 x 170mm hex cap bolts and received them yesterday. They are a perfect fit for my 3point hitch.

I ordered them from Ziegler Bolt & Nut House (how cool a name is that?) out of Canton Ohio. I ordered these because of the look over stainless.

I have another idea instead of spending time cutting the top off and drilling holes and beating in spring pins for quick hitch bushing. I believe I can use some cat1/cat2 bushings with washers (needed anyway since I won't be using QH bushings) to keep them from sliding out of the lower arm. More importantly ,I should be able to use some spacers to keep the top hitch adapter arm from moving which seems it would not allow the lower link bots to not slide in the first place.

Thanks All!

Hey Dan,

Glad you got something to work. Sometimes that metric/sae thing is a pia. I see another thread where someone is having a missing nut on linkage turn out to be 5/16 on his kubota HST pedal. Would of thought that would have been metric for sure.

I bought a bunch of new metric sockets to do my 50hr service. I only had up to 19mm, now i have full set up to 35mm i think. I had sockets up to 1 1/8" - for hitch ball nuts. Better to have and not need than need and not have.

Here's a closeup view of the setup. 22mm bolt, nut , washers and 2 sets of bushings. The washers keep the hitch from sliding sideways and bushings fit the quick hitch.

Thanks!

Dan
