Does anybody know what size the grease zerks are on the LA534 FEL quick attach, specifically the ones on the lift that grease the pins that hold the bucket on. I want to replace the straight ones with 45 or 90 degree ones so I can use my LockNLube.

Since the loaders are USA made,I would expect fractional sizing.

Smaller threads are 1/4 x 28NF(fine thread),while a little larger ones are 1/8" NPT(pipe thread).

The ones I've changed on my LA403 have been 1/4 x 28.

Good Luck!

1/4 X 28 NF, hard to get to and tighten. Needed an 11/32 wrench which I do not have so I used a universal socket that grips anything. Also a challenge to get it tight but in the correct orientation.

Every Kubota owner will be faced with a Mix of SAE/Metric items. For zerks…go purchase a “kit” of SAE and a “kit” of Metric zerk-fittings and keep them in your toolbox. Sooner or later a zerk will seize or otherwise need replacement and you’ll be “equipped” to take care of it.
HF sells kits in both…so does NAPA, AMazon, etc.
Here’s a ”kit” which contains both SAE and Metric assortments:

1/4 - 28 UNF = M6.3 x .91

Thats close enough i would guess an M6 x 1.0 will start and screw in several threads deep before it binds.

Great math!
Several decades ago I screwed in a 1/4 x 28 grease fitting into a Toyota part and it sealed perfectly,or it did not leak .
No metric fittings available at the time.
Thank you again for your post!
