Looks like whomever I bought this lower from required everything and chipped the harness up badly. I need a new harness but struggling to find one. Any suggestions?

So far, I’m in seat switch, brake switch, ignightor, and coil pack.
But they butchered this wiring harness. I spent $600 on the mower knowing it turned over but didn’t run.
Are you working from a Workshop Manual in determining components needing replacement?

Which manual do you have? If you are working from a Kubota manual trying to get a Kawasaki engine running..... good luck.

I have not looked deeply enough into this Kawasaki engine Kubota tractor combination but as a comparison, a Kohler gas engine has a multi pin electrical terminal which is used to mate the engine to the tractor wiring system.
If you are having starting issues, Kohler has you remove one pin from the connector and then re connect the connector minus the single pin.
The pin Kohler has you remove is the one the tractor's many systems use to stop the engine. By removing the pin, if the engine starts you now know the issue is not with the engine.
I will try later today to understand what Kawasaki does to integrate with the tractor.
