I am grateful to find this fourm.
I have been looking for something more stable to mow with on my property with some steep hills. Been doing it with a 240 JD.
This 2360 doesn't have a loader, has the hookup, has weights sticking out the front. I am thinking the 4x4 and wheelbase will make it much a much better mower.
I need to know the good bad and ugly of the 2360. I already have a L 3130 so i doubt there is alot of bad but i do not know.
In this short supply high demand market where is one of these priced? I dont't know the hours but the picture looks real good.
Going Saturday.

What MMM is on the 2360? 60" or 54"?

IF 60" - get a set of spacers - 2" I think will work perfectly.

the width will help with stability as well as the 4wd -

what is the price being asked?

Don't know much at all about the tractor. Was just talking to the local dealer and he brought up, how about a used one they are getting, i have first chance on it.
If i was guessing i would say 60. By the pic the deck is way past the R4 tires. No price yet as there are several attachments to go with it.

Bx's are bringing crazy money, everything is really. As you said high demand, low supply. Depending on the attachments, my guess would be 12-17K.

I don't know much about the model, but do remember reading the fuel filter is a pain to change. And the transmission fan likes to break.

Both have fairly easy work arounds - but you are right, both pains in the azz unless protected or changed.

Yes, I remember now. An afternoon and they are easily fixed. Impressive little machines they are.

I am going to the dealer tomorrow to get some idea what is all being offered and what price.
I like what it offers. low profile and 4x4 will help out with the terrain.
Wish me luck!

Well i got a look at it today. Now i need to know how to tell if one is gone too far. Three of the four tires were low enough to be rolling the tires off the rim. Eight hundred and fifty hours of worked hard and put up wet appearance, the deck was on but the belt and covers were loose, the fender flashing light fixtures were held together with rubber bands!
That is as far as I took time to look. Dont even know if i am going back Monday to talk to the dealer.

Ugh. Better with a new one really. Although to be fair my first BX had had a very hard life, but still ran fine. I had to sink a bit of money in to fix things I wanted fixed, and to add an FEL. And I never really got that money back. But I had a good tractor for 3 years (even if it was cosmetically challenged). But it was very cheap. This one doesn't sound cheap. By the time you put a loader on that you'll spend near as much as a new one, specially once you factor in financing.

Yep looking like a better idea to go new, they are out there. Even ones with a few hours are priced like new ones. I wonder what's up with one under 100 or 200 hours for sale, does that raise alarms.
Even though I don't need a loader, my 3130 has one, it sems like a better idea to get the loader. Looks like it makes them alot more desirable.

In April 2019 I Purchased a new BX 2380. I looked for two months at everything used I could find. Pricing was very high on used. I kept telling myself I did not need another tractor with FEL because I already have a tractor with one. I am so glad I got it we use it all the time along with the other tractor also. In the end I kept my cash and got 0% money from Kabota and got a very good price on a new unit.

Most likely that the owners realized they bought to small of a tractor and have upgraded or are looking to.
Exactly what the seller of my MX told me. He bought too small, worked out great for me. I did the same with LX.

Not to me. Lots of guys buy them because they want them, but they mow the lawns once a week and have little other work for them. 1 hour a week for 4 years = 200 hours. Or as others have said, it's their entry into the habit, but they quickly decide they need a bigger one.

Well I broughther home. Got the deck off now to look it over and lube and figure out how to replace the belt. No manuals of course but i did find out the parts guy knew the machine and it was serviced at another dealer.
I got all of the attachments. Gave her a bath and put a little shine back on,

Sounds like you've purchased anyway. Mine was a BX2350 (so far older), and no loader. I paid around $2,500 NZD, which is irrelevant to you in your market I'd suggest. ;-) And mine was via a local auction site, and they weren't even clear it ran - so it went cheap. Turned out it ran just fine, they were too lazy to start it up to find out. Hence, bargain.

I got a Landpride bush hog, post hole digger, rotortiller. A real nice box scrapper woth adjustable teeth, three point boom, a subsoiler, potoato plow, extra top link.
The tractor has five suitcase weighits hanging off the front which helped removing everything from trailer with the three point boom.
The engine and hydro oils looked real good and the filters had hours marked on them showing about 20 hrs ago change. I ended up paying 11,000.00 for her. All in all i am pleased.
