The frame and ROPS may not be the same color originally

Tractor Supply has the aftermarket for the Orange, but I have not found the ROPs Gray. It appears to be a unique color.

Your tractor is the Gray, not the Blue as it has not been used since 1989 or so.

Ill piggy back off white tiger. There is a gray semi gloss, dark gray, and rops gray. From what I can tell I use the Dark gray for almost everything.

That color should be very easy to make unless you are looking for rattle can paint. It may only be a mixture of white and black. Possibly a touch of red or green depending on the actual color of the black. Black is usually a very dark blue.

If you are going to have paint made if there is a small piece you can remove they can computer match the color even if you plan to use automotive paint. Myself I've had very good luck with Rustoleum Farm and Implement paint. I painted the orange on my tractor in 2009 and it has only faded very slightly. Can't say that about a Case tractor I painted the same year with Dupont Nason.

Absolutely Kubota has the correct color paint, but I have not found it aftermarket. I ain't paying $16 for a rattle can of any color paint.

The can spray is expensive, but good quality. I have a few cans but 90% of the time I catalyze factory acrylic enamel paint. I try to use a sponge brush when possible, because spraying ISO’s is so bad. You can’t beat factory paint for the match and quality. Buy paint for a car and you will know what expensive is. I want my tractor paint to match, be harder than powder coat, and not fade any faster than the rest of the unit. One gallon lasts me years.

I have used Allis Chalmers orange some, it's pretty close to kubota orange but I've never seen the gray or anything close at ts or a hardware store. I will add the kubota paint is really good better than your average rattle can paint. My dealer had scraped of some paint on a delivery and gave me a couple of cans. You can't tell where the scrape was now.

The isocyanate hardener for alkyd enamels is much safer to work with than what is used in urethane finishes. It is safe to spray with a cartridge type respirator as long as you have some ventilation. The hardeners for urethane's is what you have to have an air supplied respirator to use.

My TSC has plenty of it. It can also be ordered online.
