Anyone running this kit on their tractors? I've scored a great deal on a 2100 hour 2015 m5-111 but the emissions stuff on these later motors scares the crap out of me!
That is certainly a good point! 2000+ hours the links should be worked out!Fear not. If it's lasted this long, you should be good to go.
As stated on TBN, I doubt that anyone would publicly admit doing so even if they are.Anyone running this kit on their tractors? I've scored a great deal on a 2100 hour 2015 m5-111 but the emissions stuff on these later motors scares the crap out of me!
ill see if i can get the dealer im buying this used machine from to lookup the serial #I'm in the same boat. I bought an M5-091 two and a half years ago. Within a year, I got the error code and took it in for a new DEF header. It was fine until last week, when I got the same error code. It's in the shop now getting a second new DEF header. The shop tells me that the header part number has changed, which means that at least Kubota has done some redesign work on it. Fingers crossed it holds up this time. If not, I expect I'll be doing a DEF delete as soon as the warranty runs out.
