What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

I attempted to rub out some scratches on the hood that were there when I took delivery last Thursday. Then I waxed those areas. I also wiped excess grease from around pivot points on the loader. Aggravates me to work around a machine and get grease on my jacket from over greased fittings. Not to worry. Still plenty there to lubricant the joints. Battery operated grease guns are not always our friend.

I took advantage of the nice weather yesterday to put the mulching kit to use on the zero turn.

Fired up the blower and cleaned the gutters. Blew all the loose leaves out of the flower beds and off the fence between my yard and the neighbors.

Then chopped leaves. I made a few passes on my neighbors side to chop the leaves that were on his side of the fence as well.

I'm really impressed with the mulching kit. One pass going slow and the leaves are pulverized into small chunks.

I finally finished the installation of the OEM 3rd function kit on my LX2610.

Went to work back out at the farm today. Installed my new wheel spinner knob that my wife got me for Christmas

Then went to work moving brush and trying to get access to the old John Deer 12A combine.

We made a big stack of brush and still not cleared everything we need to for access to the 12a.

Finished off the day with installing warning lights on the back of the tractor. They are just temp mounted with suction cups. Trying to decide how to permanently mount the lights to hopefully keep me from getting runover when we go to the north 40.

Today I committed blasphemy. I took the top half of the ROPS over to my friend's business. One of his guys cut it down today. Tomorrow he will weld it back together.

Just clears top trim of garage door by 1/4" - actually bends back the weather stripping

Now i have to take it off, light sand it and paint it.

Doesn't look like you have much snow to contend with yet for it being almost January! Haven't had the snowblower out here this winter either.

Looks like if you add 2 more psi in the rear tires you may have a problem

Woke up to a fresh 6 inches of snow with some foot and a half drifts. The 2380 with a blower got the job done in no time at all.

One tire down, one to go. Had to run between my home office n garage 10 times to keep the bucket filled and to relieve the pressure that builds up.
It's a really simple process. You remove the valve stem, attach a hose adapter and hose, connect to small pump then put it in large container. The pump will fill until the tire pressure builds too high. Then simply unplug pump. The air pushes back thru the pump and vents in the container. Then plug it in again. Repeat until water comes out of stem rather than air.
I was really concerned about breaking the bead. I jacked up the rear just enough to take the tires off the ground - not wanting anything to push against the bead with little/no pressure in the tires. Turned out to be a non-issue.
If I was to start over again I would get a bigger pump. The one I purchased was only 1/6hp. A 1/4 or 1/3 would be a better choice.
