My dealer told me the best place to get my diesel is our Coop Farm store where they use to sell equipment and feed.. now I’m not sure what all they do now but do have fuel still. I think all the farmers around hear use it. Dealer told me they switch to a winter blend around early November. It is the off-road no tax also, I can’t remember exactly what I paid but I filled a 6 gallon jug give or take.. for $13, I’m sure it’s comparable, price doesn’t bother me as long as it’s ok for my tractor.
I’m hoping this takes care of any issues the cold may present but I may get some of diesel mix.

I use Power Service Diesel Kleen in the grey bottle all summer, that's my truck included and have switched over to the white bottle for winter already, I have been using these for years. Excellent product.

I add Sea Foam at the fuelpump to every jerry can of fuel for a "maintenance" mix - about 1 oz/gallon, for my diesel or gas. And also add a bottle to the fuel tank at every oil change for my gas pickup truck.

In Manitoba, -20F in winter or colder is not uncommon and I've NEVER had my tractor fuel gel up.

I started an old gas walk behind snow blower for my neighbor to check it out before I sold it to him, and it had 2 1/2 year old Sea Foam stabilized gasoline in the tank. I told my neighbor that it may take a while to clean out the old fuel and put fresh to get it to start, but I tried a pull with the old fuel and boom, fired and ran smooth FIRST PULL.

Sea Foam is a GREAT stabilizer and anti-gel.

I run home heating oil in the tractor.... pumped out of my garage furnace tank.
I add a bottle of treatment every time the garage tank gets filled (in the winter months)

.
I didn't realize potato chips were a good fuel additive. All these years I've been doing it wrong.
