Installed a new hydraulic top link today. Didn't turn out too bad. And surprisingly I didn't have any leaks.

Now the OP just needs to add a tilt cylinder...
I noticed that you have the top hydraulic link in the bottom hole on the tractor. Have you had any problems with it hitting the PTO guard when you put the cylinder all the way out? i noticed that the manual says you should use the top hole in most cases.View attachment 49125 I kept mine on top and it works great. you will bw happy you installed it. You could install cylinder the opposite wayI noticed that you have the top hydraulic link in the bottom hole on the tractor. Have you had any problems with it hitting the PTO guard when you put the cylinder all the way out?
Sorry. I was thinking that you just reversed the double pilot operated check valve and not turned the whole cylinder around. Guess I wasn't looking at the whole picture.look again cylinder on QH ram on tractor
I actually got my hoses from a company called North40. A little cheaper then TS. The adapters came from a place that deals in hydraulics.Nice, I just installed a rear remote off of my 3rd function valve but don’t have a top link yet but am considering TS’s. Did you get the hose kit from them as well?
Dumb question, to turn the cylinder 90 degrees, it must rotate at the end attached to the tractor. I didn't think mine would rotate and was permenently welded, but I may not have tried hard enough to twist it.Installed a new hydraulic top link today. Didn't turn out too bad. One side is welded solid and will not turn. The piston end will.Dumb question, to turn the cylinder 90 degrees, it must rotate at the end attached to the tractor. I didn't think mine would rotate and was permenently welded, but I may not have tried hard enough to twist it.
I am in the process of adding a rear remote using my front third function . I have a diverter valve coming this week. I will need a set of hoses to connect from the diverter valve to the third function valve and another set of hoses to run to the rear. What did you use for these two sets? Does someone sell a set all ready made up or do I need to have them built at a Parker store?Nice, I just installed a rear remote off of my 3rd function valve but don’t have a top link yet but am considering TS’s.
