I bought a 2011 BX25 with ~ 450 hours last year.
I'm amazed every time I use it, what it can actually do.
It's not a bulldozer or a "big" tractor.
However, it is light years ahead of a pick, shovel, post hole digger and wheelbarrow.
I see you don't show a belly (mid mount) mower in your photos.
If not, I recommend the Bro-Tek two piece skid plates over the BXpanded.
It's better protection for the underbelly of the tractor.

I also got the Bro-Tek steering guard and the BXpanded ROPS toolbox.
The steering guard can save you piles of cash by not having to replace the power steering cylinder. (it hangs pretty low in the front of the machine)
All I could see was hitting that p/s cylinder on a big rock or stump.
Don't use a three point top link with the steering guard.
I had a retaining pin fall out working in the brush, one end of the three point top link dug into the ground and broke the top link. I use a section of heavy wall steel tubing now instead of the three point top link. A $80 mistake!
Then there's the matter of lights. LED lights to be specific.
I replaced the factory headlights with LED replacement bulbs.
Then added FOUR LED light bars to the ROPS.
If you use your machine for snow removal, the ROPS mounted light bars are the best.
The loader blocks the factory headlights when moving/dumping snow...
My neighbor tells me my Kubota looks like an aircraft with it's landing lights on when I'm out doing snow removal at night.
I always wait for the snow storm to end before doing snow removal now.
It's easy to do snow removal at night now!
Don't forget the BXpanded tooth bar for the front loader bucket.
I take the tooth bar off in the winter when i do snow removal.
And then install a pair of Edge tamers so I don't trash my lawn and blacktop driveway.

This multi page post originally started out in the "Buying Advice & Pricing" section in 2019. Soon after purchasing the Kubota BX, it soon evolved into Camp Building. At that time the "Projects" section had not yet been created. I asked Moderator North Idaho Wolfman to move this post out of...
