Two questions.....could you torque it to 96lb with that SP socket without breaking it?

And secondly I'd like to compare the diameter of the holes....mine are:

2.4 cm (24mm) or 31/32nds of a inch.

And I just noticed that you have 5 bolts to hold the spacer on. Did it come like that stock when you bought your tractor or did you have to remove the 2 studs (like I have on my BX2380) and replace them with bolts?

Maybe....unless I can buy 3 more studs, red lock tight, and smaller head lug nuts right? As long as they all match in thread and can be torqued right? I saw GP outdoors on YouTube take off and reinstall studs for his spacers. Obviously a different tractor and spacer/kit but the work is the same.

I went to Lowes today to try to find a socket in 13/16 (21mm) that would go down that hole....but couldn't find one. Looked for Spark plug sockets ect...nothing that I saw would work. Then I went to a tire shop see if they could find a socket or for some advise. He said not enough space for a socket...but he did say I could either order 1/2" threaded lug bolts online or go to a trailer store which would have them possibly with smaller heads. Thoughts?

Being a Toolmaker with a shop, the options are almost endless for me, but I realize not everyone is in my situation. How about new bolts with an Allen, a 12 point, Torx, or a rebated hex head?

That would be awesome if they were tapered like a lug nut. Straight/untapered bolts wont work since spacer is milled for taped bolts/nuts. My internet search isn't bearing any fruit since most 1/2" threaded lug bolts have 13/16 heads on them.

4. 3/4 wont fit (at least mine wont..it's close..but no dice. Might be worth a trip to see if I can get a skinny 3/4" socket to fit)
5. Studs on plate and spacer are 1/2". The nuts that came with the spacer are 11/16 and fit down the hole so I can order more of those from some place if I need them. Adapter = Spacer? Anyway, Kubuta for some reason doesn't do straight studs or bolts but both (3 lug bolts plus 2 studs with lug nuts on the rear wheels...BX2380). I don't know why they do that..but that is what they do. So can either add three 1/2" studs to the two existing studs to replace the lug bolts (possibly welding or good locktite) or find lug bolts with 11/16 heads..or a spline type lug bolt if it's not too expensive.

OK. I have a possible solution. Look into tamper proof wheel nuts. Some use a key that grabs the inside of the lug nut. That should give you room to fit. The negative is the cost to do it on your tractor. There may be a way but it's looking like the other brand spacers may be your best option.

I think Kubota uses 2 studs and the remainder bolts to make wheel installation easier. Mine has 6 total but still 2 studs.
So, if you're sure they're 1/2", just get 3 (6 total) more studs and nuts from your Kubota dealer. Use the nuts that came with the spacers to attach the spacers and the Kubota nuts to attach the wheels.

I measured all of my 13/16 sockets and they all measure 1.095 (1-3/32). Measuring the holes in the spacers means I would have to remove a wheel weight to get the wheel off. I would guess that my spacers have larger holes for some reason.

The problem is the hole for the lug nuts only fit a 11/16 socket and the lugs on the tractor are 13/16. Because my lack of knowledge on the subject....I was wondering if I could replace the 13/16 integrated stud/head with a regular threaded stud with 11/16 lug nuts? It seems all the studs are the same size...just lug nuts have different size heads... ie, the 11/16 and 13/16 lug nuts fit the studs on the tractor.

Use the lug nuts that came with your wheel spacers to hold the spacer to the hub. Buy six 1/2" x 20 x 1-3/4" Grade 8 bolts, thread them from the back of the hub and put red Loctite on them before you seat them.

Use whatever lug nuts you like to hold the wheel to the spacer.

$190 + $40 for shipping is ridiculous for a 2" spacer. The ECCPP spacers are made to support a Jeep - substantially more torque, weight, shear forces, etc. than a BX2380 will ever subject them to.

Get rid of the Kubota bolts and install three 1/2" x 20 x 1-3/4" grade 8 bolts. Use the lug nuts that came with the spacer to hold them to the hub - use whatever lug nuts you want to hold the wheel to the spacer.

Buy beer with the $175 you saved yourself.

Okay, after reading this thread I did not see anyone that mentioned trimming down the outside of the socket that fits the lug bolts. I do not have a lathe so I had to use a bench grinder to trim one of my deep well sockets to fit inside the hole in the spacers that I bought. I am not sure how much I trimmed my socket down but I did it using my bench grinder and it worked perfectly. If you have a lathe you can trim it more precisely than I did with my grinder, but even using just my grinder to trim the socket it only took a few minutes to make the socket fit in the spacer hole and tighten the lug bolts.

I measured the counterbores in my spacers and they are 1-1/8”. Had to pull off a rear tire anyway to replace a leaking valve stem.
