Hey guys dad passed away last Thursday and he left me his kubota l3301.
I've had 4 kubotas so I'm familiar with everything I just need to know the length with the loader and backhoe on the tractor. The rears are filled with rimgaurd.
Any help on weight and length will save me a trip to go measuring everything so I know what trailer I need to take with me.
Thanks, Dan

I will get you a length measurement in the next couple days when I get the backhoe put back on mine, if nobody answers before then. I will get the rough weight tonight. Its around 18-19 foot with the back hoe stowed if I recall correctly, but I will remeasure it.

Sorry for your loss.

Here’s what I have taken note of, from various sources:

L3301HST 4WD 2322#
Front R4 tires unfilled weigh 96# (both)
Rear R4 tires unfilled weigh 402# (both)
BH77 Backhoe 1085#
BH4988 BH77 mount kit 200#
BT1952A 16” Bucket 84#
BH76/77 Mech Thumb 52#
LA525 FEL without bucket 900#
L2216 Quick Coupler 76#
L2256 66” QA Bucket 212#

Implements
RB1672 rear blade 300#
RCR1860 rotary cutter 600#
QH10 quick hitch 70#
BB1260 box blade 346#

I doubt you’d want anything as short as a 16’ trailer for this configuration. I have a 16’ dump trailer that I haul mine in and the backhoe can’t be on it (well, safely). And don’t forget your chains and binders weights, too.

Hope this helps.

Sorry I didn’t measure it before I loaded it, but this is on a 18ft trailer.

20 ft or longer would probably be ideal. I also had to run the rear tires up on blocks because the hoe was hitting the ground, my ramps are pretty short though.

I made a spreadsheet when I was looking for a tractor and the L3301 with backhoe and loader was about 4,600 lbs. Based on Kubota data.

How do you like to route your chains on this?

Front chain is on the brush guard bracket, rear chain is run through the drawbar hitch. Backhoe bucket was also strapped down. Thats the first time I’ve trailed it with the backhoe on it.
