Pretty sure I need a new battery, it looks like a Group 26 which I can get for about $50 at Walmart. I am I correct on that size? I about had a heart attack when I saw Messicks wants $244 for a battery!
Believe they are 26R. My BX2360 is a 2013. Battery is good so far, but have looked/shopped a little, since I know the time will come sooner or later.Just looked at it again, looks like a 26R with the positive terminal on the right but as you said there is plenty of room and the cables are long enough for wiggle room.
Has anyone been able to find a group 26R in an AGM battery type?

Costco is now selling Interstate batteries. I was at Costco having tires rotated, when a customer came in with a 42 month battery that failed in 11 months. They refunded his money, and sold him a new one. Same battery, just $4 more, and now it has a 36 month warranty. The nice thing is that they just took his word for the battery going bad, and didn't test or question it.Have been buying the Kirkland batteries from Costco. Decent price and they last as long as others. Seems to be the norm that nothing lasts as long as they used to.
Interesting. Battery cost went up $4, and warranty went down 6 months in less then a year!Costco is now selling Interstate batteries. Johnson Controls to Interstate specsIn recent years, I haven't had good luck with Walmart batteries. It appears that they have lessened the quality. I now buy my batteries from Interstate, and they hold up well. I don't know who makes the Interstate battery, however, I was told that the Walmart battery is made by Johnson Controls to Walmart standards. My 97 Ford used a Group 27 battery, and that 3 year Walmart battery last almost 6 years. The replacement that I bought was lighter in weight, and had less CCA (cold cranking amps), and cost more. That one died when it was just 3 years old. Seems that they last just long enough to get past the free warranty period. The Deka (now known as East Penn / Deka / MK) battery that came with my Kubota BX22 last over 13 years! Unfortunately, there is no local dealer near me that sell their batteries.
