That looks great. Very nice job.

How long would it take you to drag it here from MI? You'd do that for a buddy...right??!?!;)

Might be an issue on I-90 behind your tractor...:rolleyes:

I could really, really use something like that.

That's a great job, eipo!

You wouldn't happen to have any build pictures? I assume you had it standing up to fill with concrete.

Looks good eipo. Nice fab job. That will cover your tire tracks. I like the bearings on the ends of the shaft.

You might think about adding a scraper blade to keep the debris from sticking to the roller. I have one with a steel pipe and without the scraper it will not stay clean very long.

I thought I did, but no.

Standing on end was my intention until I decided getting it down would be troublesome. It weighs more than my loader is rated for so I didn't want to chance it.

Laying on its side, I cut a hole big enough to get a shovel on and filled it that way. I screwed osb to the ends which also located the center shaft. There's just a small part on one side that I need to address because the roller wasn't level where we filled it. But all in all it went pretty smoothly.

I so far in the grass it's been working fine. Not sure I'll use it on dirt. But if I do, I'll likely have to fashion a scraper up for it.
