Possibly they got the wrong fluid in the wrong jug at the factory. It was purchased at the dealer and was factory sealed.
Have had that happen in the past. 20 gallons of it. When people take advantage like that, it sure makes it hard to trust people in general.Could be a simple case of some cheat filling up a Jug of SUDT2 with something like 303 which is dirt cheap, and returning it back to the store for credit.

The dealer is on the hook if it turns out to be the oil...Why should you even have to deal with Valvoline, You didn't by valvoline oil you bought Kubota branded oil, I would think your dealer should be dealing with this, as they are the ones that sold it to you in the first place!
I'm with Wolfman here, dealer purchased and branded. They (Kubota) should back the product, PERIOD!Why should you even have to deal with Valvoline, You didn't by valvoline oil you bought Kubota branded oil, I would think your dealer should be dealing with this, as they are the ones that sold it to you in the first place!
The oil sold by Valvoline is not the same as the oil that they formulate for Kubota. Kubota Super UDT 2 is only available from Kubota.Interesting thread. Guess you could buy Valvoline synthetic hydraulic oil (which is less expensive than the Kubota) oil and be money ahead.
