My dad has a BX25 that won't crank at all, the hour meter isn't on, and the RPM and fuel gauges are in the middle on each. The battery is showing 12.9 volts and the battery terminal connectors are new. The fuses in the fuse box are all fine. Any idea what could be causing this?

Can you turn the engine over by any hand method? It is possible you may have a "liquid lock" and even though that is a remote possibility, an engine won't turn over if that is a cause.

I don't think it's that because literally nothing electric works (lights don't turn on, hour meter isn't on, and it doesn't make a single noise when the key is turned). Are there any fuses other than the ones in the fuse box?

The wiring diagram shows a 50 amp slow blow fuse. Near the battery in line with a heavy red wire is my best guess as to location.

Could be as simple as a bad ground connection or even a bad positive connection. ;)
