Well Done.. the 2" receiver is a great set upHome made concrete ballast box. About 700 pounds keeps my 2650 planted and hold the chainsaw.
I'm always on the look out for a chainsaw solution. I'm not skilled or creative enough to make my own, and a lot of the ready made ones i felt were kind of over priced. But I recently stumbled upon this chainsaw holder, on amazon (sold by Northern Tool) it was only $28, not even on sale. So i figured id take a shot at it. I was really impressed, simple, sturdy, 1/8" steel. I cut the mounting brackets off the top and MiG welded it to BXpanded Carry all. It fits my little MS-210, and could easily accommodate a larger saw.
one more thing crossed off the list.
Bannon Chainsaw Holder
that whole thing is genius, nice work!Chainsaw mount integrated into ballast box. [

It's that piece of shyt Husky....all it's good for!!Now for the real question, What is my ballast?
Nice compact weight. Better with the saw-box on it....Don't really know the weight, guessing around 600lbs. I like it better since I put the box/saw holder on it.
