More than likely orange II as it seems to match my tractors.

The Rustoleum Kubota Orange matches my '96 model M4700DT... so if that makes a difference in early vs late paint.

Be careful, there is Orange I and Orange II. The Magic line that TSC sells is Orange I. The Rustoleum is Orange II. Orange I was used on early Kubota's and I think Kioti. Orange II is the after 1995 shade.

It still fades....lol

That Magic line that TSC sells SUX! Not for the color especially... but for the sorry spray-pattern and long drying time. The "new" nozzles spray in a circular pattern which leaves a large "hole".... so when you move ...say, left to right... you end up with a heavy top and bottom line and a light middle. If you try to correct that with a second pass...you end up with two ugly runs.
If you try to correct it with a circular-movement-action you end up with swirls.

If you spray it late in the afternoon you may discover it will not dry before sundown...then due to the temperature change... it will dry to a dull finish rather than a gloss.

The Rustoleum product sprays nicely, evenly, and dries in 30-60 mins to the touch and to a hard, glossy finish in a couple hours.

I agree with that. Not much 'Magic' in Majic paint. Now, if you buy the stuff in quarts and add the hardener it don't do bad and it's glossy.None of them sell ROPS grey however.

I bought a gallon of Red Majic Enamel for a stock trailer. Used a brush after I had it as prepped as I was going to get it. It went on easy and smooth. Dried glossy and in no extra time, and still shiny. No problems here with it!

Rustoleum Lobster Red is a good match for Orange II, dries quick, seems to hold up well in the sun. More talk and pics here.

I bought a case of six cans from Home depot.
Amazon offers single cans. Take care, Dick B

Yes, I want to touch up the grey framework beneath the battery where acid damaged the paint but haven't found the correct shade of grey. The MF grey ain't it!

I used Majic just once.... last year for modified snowblower shoes.
It did dry slow, but I was otherwise happy with it... glossy finish, and has worn well over the winter.
Chevy Engine Red enamel is close too, but I wouldn’t spray large body parts with it.

THANKS, FordTech! I'll give it a shot ;>)
(I've never been to Pineville but flown over it numerous times on personal trips to the area. Picturesque little town....not many know that LSU was actually FOUNDED in Pineville... and that the founding Superintendent, 5 years later burned Atlanta to the ground! And near the end of WW-I a local businessman started a taxi-service transporting soldiers from nearby Camp Beauregard to/from nearby Alexandria across the river...a taxi service that ultimately became known as Continental Trailways Bus Co.... Ain't History fun!!??

Did not know that, but I’m not native to this area. Born and raised in Illinois, about 4 years in to my second tour here, lived here once before until my wife got pregnant with our first child. We moved back to Illinois while she was pregnant, ended up moving back before my sons first bday lol, only took one winter to remember why we left the first time!
