Are the after market clutch kits for the 6100 any good? been looking for genuine kubota but so far no luck.
Go to Messicks.com enter your email address and then your machine model, clutch is in engine group

Coleman Equipment

And Messick
http://www.messicks.com/vendor/kubota

Both have everything OEM that you could want they are the tow largest suppliers of Kubota parts.

What you doing when you find no parts, is your going to the pick a model and look, those listings are just for common maintenance items.

Here is how you find Kubota parts.
#1 go to https://apps.kubotausa.com/illustrated-parts/ ,Click on agree to legal, then in model Type B6100 hit search, now below is a list of models, pick yours.
B6100D-P = 4wd gear
B6100E-P = 2wd gear
B6100HST-D = 4wd Hydrostatic transmission
B6100HST-E = 2wd Hydrostatic transmission

Search around and find the parts you need and get the part #'s

I did the work for you this time:

Throwout bearing P/N 32150-14820
Pilot bushing P/N 66621-14120
Pilot bushing seal P/N 09400-14247
Pressure plate P/N 66591-13400
Clutch disk P/N 66905-13300

Then go to one of the site's and put the part Numbers in search and Waa Laa, parts.

Coleman:
http://www.colemanequip.com/search/32150-14820/
http://www.colemanequip.com/search/66621-14120/
http://www.colemanequip.com/search/09400-14247/
http://www.colemanequip.com/search/66591-13400/
http://www.colemanequip.com/search/66905-13300/

Messicks:
http://www.messicks.com/part/32150-14820/brg-ball
http://www.messicks.com/part/66621-14120/bushing
http://www.messicks.com/part/09400-14247/seal
http://www.messicks.com/part/66591-13400/plate
http://www.messicks.com/part/66905-13300/disk

Look at in stock if your in a hurry, and look at shipping cost, they vary.

Note: In this case it would not matter which B6100 sub model you have as they all take the same parts, that will not always be the case so know your model.
Also Note: Kubota's website had the clutch disk as old P/N as 66591-13300 and there is an updated P/N for it.
And again another Note: I can tell you the parts on http://www.tractorpartsasap.com are not going to be Genuine Kubota parts, even if they say they are, they are not, if they do not show up in a sealed clear plastic bag with a Kubota Sticker with a hologram it's not genuine.
Now are their parts good, well that's a whole other matter fought on a whole other stage.

This 6100 I just got is another story even the key is bent...:(

A question about engine numbers. I may need it at some point for ordering parts. The number I see is on the left side of the transmission and starts with B6001-xxxxx. Does that seem right for a B6100?

#1 That's not the engine #, that's the tractor serial #, the engine number can be found next to the injection pump stamped into the top face of the block, The engine in it is a D650-A.
#2 You won't need the serial# for these parts on your tractor, and you would very rarely if ever need it for any other parts for that model, they didn't make other variants to it.
#3 Yes it's completely normal for your serial# to start with B6001-XXXXX, the B7100 have the same thing, it started with B7001-XXXXX.

If you do ever do need the serial # you only need the XXXXX number.

If you tell Kubota dealer parts guys the B6001 number they will instantly assume (wrongly) that it is a grey market unit and it is not, and they will refuse you parts, that is written in Kubota's Dealership contract.

Thanks for that Im learning alot here.
Have to buy a fan belt for this 6100 is there a crossover number to an automotive belt or maybe a lawnmower?
Just take the belt into an auto store and have them match it.;)

Will try but the auto parts places around here dont usually match they want to know what car it came off of and go from there.
Got a couple auto parts places like that here too, they don't get any of my business any longer. ;)

I ordered a fan belt, radiator hoses, and filters from Messicks. Got them in a few days. I used the online parts PDF to get part numbers.
