I've read several posts on the forum regarding connecting battery chargers to Kubota tractors, but have not found a discussion on this specific topic. I have a Deltran Battery Tender Jr that I plan to use to charge the battery on my BX 2370. Deltran makes a cigarette lighter adapter (part 081-0069-5) for this charger. I would like to use the adapter at the 12 VDC receptacle on the tractor to charge the battery. I don't want to remove the battery to attach a pigtail, as removing the battery is a bit of a PIA. The adapter and receptacle are well within the limits of the 750mA output of the Battery Tender Jr. charger.
Do any of you pros on this forum see any issues with charging in this manner.
Thanks
