As you describe that truck, a 58 around here would be at least 2k,, street roders are going to trucks now, that seems to be the new fad, well maybe not a new fad but you are seeing more and more of them. I guess because they were fairly cheap and lots of room to work on them. A guy around built his wife a 54 Chevy truck that has been chopped and lowered with a 350 crate motor. Must be nice to have money,,lol

If we do this one, it would be save a little work on it, save some more and work on it. Save quite a bit more and send it in for paint and body :rolleyes: My cousin has a 1950 mercury sport coupe all decked out. His wife has her fathers 1955 chevy decked out. They put it on an older Monte Carlo frame. Sits about 6" off the ground. Nice thing around here is little to no rust holes :D I'll see if I can find the picks and scan them into the puter :D

I couldn't imagine trying to ride that thing myself, let alone take the wife and grandkids on it :rolleyes: pretty cool old bike though. Thanks for the close ups :D
