Nothing quite like throwing rocks at a bees nest.
My dad has a Ford New Holland 3930, 1997 with 1183 hours on it. 4WD, loader, excellent condition.
He has kicked the idea around before about getting a tractor with a cab, but just talked.
Well, the talk has stopped. We are going to look at a JD 5065E with cab and loader. It is last years model, without DPF, DEF, any of that junk.
I am still a huge Kubota fan, but I appreciate other makes, too. This is a first class tractor. And, while I know that Kubota makes comparable models, our local JD dealership is bigger and more capable than the local Kubota dealership. The JD shop works on everything, all the way up to heavy equipment. Beverage tractor is simply a much smaller shop. That has driven his decision to go green.
We go tomorrow to drive it around the lot, and work out the details. They will need to add a loader to it, so I don't know how long before it will be delivered.
It will need telescoping stabilizers- it comes with turnbuckles.
