I was thinking about dropping one little screw or washer into the combustion chamber could ruin all that work. Then I thought, dropping anything in the cooling jacket or crankcase could be bad, too.

I think there already is enough sand blown in that engine that a screw or washer wouldn't matter much.

Figuring out radiator assembly

This diagram could solve assembly of radiator properly

These two brackets are 120 and 130 in diagram, they mount to frame, then radiator on top
