This is my setup. 2013 BX2370 - Custom front plow with angle winch on FEL quick disconnect. - Craftsman ride-on soft cab modified to fit. - Kubota 51" rear blower - Cab heater connected to rad bypass hoses with quick couplings for easy removal come spring.

Built me some 3 point hitch lower arm spreaders. They works awesome, so much easier to work with than the standard turnbuckle.

I've had this in mind for a bit and decided to throw the idea down in Sketchup to scale. You guys think it could work for digging trench. Obviously not as practical as a real BX hoe but a lot cheaper. Cheers Rob

My big decision maker going with the BX 2370 vs 2670 was that anything over 25hp is not covered under my house insurance policy. And after 1.5 years of use, the 2370 is working out great for my snow removal and lawn care. cheers Rob

I had my blade setup bucket mount last year using the DIY mount in the pic but this year, I switched over to a Quick Attach sys. Actually have my DIY bucket mount on Kijiji rite now. Good luck Rob

If you have a smart phone, you could use a $39 WIFI wemo switch by Belkin to control your block heater on demand. I used this last winter for my BX, worked great. You can program in the custom on and off times for that early morning cleanup but the coolest thing is you can just turn in on or off...
