I pride myself on my reading comprehension, and have deciphered some atrocious spelling and grammar many times. But no matter how many times I read that, I’m still a lost by ball in high weeds on that one.

Me too.
I have worked with many folks whose first language was not english, and their translations and syntax was sometimes hard to follow. But I am stumped. 😕
