Lance, had a few different needs/inquiries for my L295DT
1) need the starter switch knob
2) my wiring is an absolute mess. Lots of wires terminated/going nowhere. It runs? Wondering if using a used wiring harness is possible/advisable?
3) hood/bonnet? Not sure how expensive shipping to NC might be?
4) Seat hardware - my seat is shot…looking at a replacement and how to mount and noticed all hardware under is gone…it just rests on ROPS crossbar

any help or advice is appreciated

Howdy, I stumbled over your thread about adapter blocks for L225s. I'm new to the bota game, having just inherited a battered L1500. Would such an adapter fit the 1500? Thank you for your time and any help you can spare.

I think someone else may have posted that, I have never did a conversion,
mine came with an adapter block, but Google searches have provided no source.

Thanks anyway. I have a notion for providing myself aux hydraulics. I'll let you know if it bears fruit.

Thanks Appreciate that, please post on the forum,
a lot of people are in the same boat with auxiliary hydraulics.

Hello sir! I'm looking for an instrument cluster for a L3940. Messicks lists the part number as TD179-30200 or TD179-30202. Also a LA724 or other 3940 compatible loader, but I know those are scarce as heck.
Bob,
My wife and I are taking a trip back east to visit her aunt & uncle in northern Indiana. We will probably arrive there around the 16th, but no firm schedule we have to adhere to. (for the first time)
After we visit there, I was thinking of trying to visit Sidecarflip; I think he is in Deerfield MI.
Then, if you are up for it, we would head your way.
Nothing formal, just pop in and say hi.
Let me know if that is OK.
No firm date or time yet, I will let you know when we get closer, if that's acceptable.
The address I have for you is:

What kit did you use for B2320 upgrade alt - the B7324 or 7311 from Coleman - or something else?
Thanks
Glenn
I am looking for a grill guard and a bucket level indicator for a 2010 B2920 with a LA364FL loader. I can't find either part on either Coleman or Messick's websites. Any advice on where I can purchase these parts? Thank you.

Hello. I assume you were talking about the arm that bolts to the front final drive with four bolts. For the narcotic I don't have one at this time. They are getting tough to find. If that's not what you're looking for let me know. I have lots of l345 DT parts. You can reach me at 209- 712-4066 thank you Lance Newhall
I have a older l2850 that needs the fuel filter change and I have been unable to loosen the nut that holds the fuel bowl on I have had it apart before but this nut WIll not come loose, any suggestions.
New to the forum and learning to navigate around. Never used a forum before, so looking forward to learning a lot about my MX5200 Kubota.
Hey folks, I hope you are all well and enjoying freedom while we still have it.

I have a very simple need, and with over 40 years as a tech and electrical and electronic training and experience I am a little frustrated at my lack of success on achieving this simple task so far. So I'm crying for help.

I have a customer with several M5-111 tractors I need to place our device in. All I need is to connect with the PTO switch. I do not have much experience on the Orange tractors, but I understand they use ground switching instead of hot switching. I truly do not know.

Is there a 12 VDC signal I can tap that would be hot when the PTO is engaged? If I can just locate the correct PTO wiring,

Would anyone have a diagram, advice or both? I sure would appreciate it if you can help.

Hello. At this time I do not have one. I am in the process of buying another l295 that I will be partying out. It uses the same steering box is the L 285. If you can wait a few weeks I can probably help you. You can reach me at (209)-713-4066
Thank you. Lance Newhall

RCK60B discharge side spindle has nearly come apart quicker than a frog in a dynamite pond! Hopefully I can find a complete spindle replacement kit. Trying my luck at Agripower first then once they tell me what it costs I’ll know my options..or lack there of :)
Got the front tires of my L4600 in the creek, spun down in loose gravel trying to back out, engine died, pulled tractor out on high ground, drained oil from crank case, had maybe a cup to a pint of water in it as the water had been about an inch over the dip stick. water had got sucked into air filter, apparently that's what killed the engine? engine would not crank over with starter? assuming hydrolocked? it was a clear clean creek water, probably in the water 30 min. any suggestions?

you most likely bent a connecting rod in the engine. If it starts and has a miss? Most likely.
Still got my 2004 B7510hst. Old girl still getting it done. Can’t beat a great design, great build quality and great dealer help.
I appreciate your response.

I looked at Generac. They have a good advertising budget and sell at all the box stores. Around here we have Lowes, Homedepot and Menards. Menards offers 11% in store credit for any purchase in the store. That's a nice credit since they all charge the exact same price. But I decided against them to go with Kohler.

The guy who has the Kohler will bring it to me, set it, let me find installers for wiring, trench, propane connection, and then he comes back and does start up. He installs in the county he located in but doesn't have permits/license in this county and apparently doesn't want to deal with them.

He quoted $6550 for the unit, plus carb heater $170, plus Interstate Battery $145, delivery, set generator, start up and registration $600 for a total of $7485 plus tax. All that seems reasonable to me. If I can stir up a licensed electrician I'm hoping to get that done for $2500 or less.

Yes. In my opinion it's worth it. If you can turn the genset to direct the exhaust away from you, even better.

Thanks for you input. I just talked to an electrician and he's coming by tomorrow morning to look at the project and give a bid. Maybe I can get this done by winter.

Awesome. Do look at that regulator valve that I had to replace when you get yours. That was pretty frustrating to find out what was causing the low engine rpms.
B7100 HYDROSTATIC FORWARD/REVERSE INTERMITTENT ISSUE
I seem to run into an issue where I run the tractor for an extended time using a bushog or mid section mower and all of a sudden it I cannot drive it forward or reverse for perhaps 20 seconds or so. The PTO still works and is spinning and after the short wait it works just fine. Is the hydrostatic drive just overheating or is this another issue I need to concern myself with? This is an older (81) 4 wheel drive which has about 1400hrs logged and works fine otherwise (has a bucket as well).
Any help or info would be appreciated, thanks.

I have a TG 1860 diesel, that I cannot get neutral. Good forward, then you have to hit the pedal down hard for reverse and it skids. You have to go back and forth several times to find neutral. Can't see an adjustment to allow an easy neutral. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Bill
