ZG327 deck height

Just bought a used zg327 with no manual, wondering if someone could tell me how to adjust the knob to adjust the deck height

Raise the deck all the way, turn the knob to desired cutting height, and then lower deck. In order to turn that knob, the deck must be raised all the way. Once you find the correct height you want to mow, you need to adjust your anti scalp wheels so that you can slip your fingers between the bottom of the wheel, and the ground. Best to check that on concrete. They should not be riding on the ground all the time.

I've tried that but the knob won't turn

Lift the seat, and on the right hand side near the knob you'll see 2 plastic white gears, about 4" in diameter. Spray that, and the steel cam that the knob connects to, with penetrating oil. Worst case scenario, you may have to pull the side console off that all the instruments are attached to and remove the cam pieces and clean them if they haven't been used in awhile. I'd try the penetrating oil first
