I changed the oil, oil filter, and hydraulic filter in my mower. After doing this I went to start the mower. The mower fired up, then the engine began running very rough and started shooting what appeared to be fuel that was not burnt out of the muffler. So, I shut down the engine, waited a little bit and now the engine will not turn at all. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about fixing the problem or what I need to check? Thank in advance for any advice you all are willing to give.

Need more details. How long after it started did it start blowing out the exhaust?
When you try to start does the starter click, and sounds?
Why do you say it is fuel coming out the exhaust?
It started blowing out the exhaust after about a minute of running. The starter does click, sounds, and tries to crank but the fly wheel will not turn. I'm not sure that it's fuel coming out but that what it appears to be. Whatever is coming out is very black and thin. Thinner than oil. I thought that it may be fuel that's sitting on top of the Pistons which was pushed out the exhaust when the engine was running, but I'm not sure that what it is
Ok I was afraid of that. I can't figure out what went wrong with it. Like I said I only changed the two filters and oil. Do you have any idea what could've caused it?

Did you over fill with oil of hydraulic fluid?
Did you use kubota filters?
What weight of oil did you use?
How as it running before service?
Any chance gasoline was was put in it instead of diesel?

I would first check all your fluid levels to see if a lot is missing, sounds like the cylinders are flooded and that might be why it won't turn over.
How long did you allow the oil to drain into the oil pan before cranking? Some of the shop guys commented that they what 15 min. or longer before cranking the engine.
Hydraulic lock could be the culprit. Along with possible bent push rod?

After draining the engine oil, how much did you put back into the valve cover filler? Should be real close to 4 quarts, aka 1 gallon.
Doubt the hydraulic system fill/filter replacement has anything to do with it unless hydraulic oil was inadvertently added to the engine; causing overfilling.
Do not try to start the engine in it's current configuration. If it's hydraulically locked, it will bend rod(s) attempting to crank. You'll want to remove the glow plugs and then turn it over. I would suggest turning it over by hand at first if possible.
