I'm pretty sure that is repairable only by cutting the weld on the cylinder. Sold as a complete cylinder only.
If you're ambitious enough to try that a hydraulics shop can likely get you what you need.

I have it apart and they sell a seal kit just trying to find out what the number of the seals are the kit is $82 but I only need the two seals

Hydraulic shop would be the best bet. Hercules and Baum Hydraulics are two sources I have used that would likely have them but you will have to determine sizes and style.

Where did you find the seal kit for sale? All I've seen is the complete cylinder. Is the cylinder a cut apart like I was thinking or does it unscrew?

It is cut apart but the only thing holding ram in is a metal ring that is easily removed through the whole where hose screws in here is the kit

A machine shop here will rebuild a tractor cylinder for $75. Not sure what a hydraulic shop would charge but worth looking at. The machine shop here does all the hydraulic cylinder work for the farm I help out at during pecan season and I’ve never seen anything have to go back to them Because of faulty craftsmanship.
