ZD 326s Fuel Solenoid Circuit Not Functioning

My ZD 326s will start with the key, but not turn off with key switch. I've checked relays, key 4-post connection and loom. I cannot get the solenoid
to extend with 12 volts applied to it. Nor can I get a 12 volts reading on the two wire plug for the solenoid.

Did you check the 20 amp fuse? Page G-39 of the Workshop Manual.
If bad replace fuse and then check for voltage.
If you get voltage and it still doesn't work replace the soleniod.
If still no voltage trace wiring for breaks or bad connections (mice damage?).
