Has anyone found a way to reduce the resistance to moving the hydo control levers on the ZD 326? They have a lot more resistance to movement than my old ZD 21.
I removed the 2 small dampeners and it did improve slightly but still very stiff.

When I traded up from my ZD21 to a 326 I noticed the same issue. I asked the mechanic at the dealer who does set up on all their ZD units how to fix the problem. He pointed out the pivot bolts on both sides at the bottom of the steering levers that I loosened slightly. That made all the difference in the world, not as easy as the old 21 but much better

sounds good, I will back off a few turns and test. Maybe loosen the bolts and removing the dampeners will make it feel like the Zd-21.
Are you running the stock tire?
