G'Day Gang,

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent "Kubota" engine with spare parts that would fit a Z650 2cyl? I am in need of a cylinder head but can only find ones at ridiculous prices.
Any ideas most welcome.

Hi Dennis, Glad you joined us but, sorry for your trouble. what do you call "ridiculous" so we have an idea what price range your wanting or believe it should be in. Someone might be able to inquire in a different area on your behalf.

I have seen new heads for AU$980 in Australia and have received a quote for a second hand one for AU$1100 + gst (gst is 10%) in Australia. I have also had a quote from US of US$550 + $150 for the exchange. This is not tooo bad but the freight would be a killer I would think. As the head I have is not recoverable the cost would be US$700 + Freight.
So at this point I am still looking. I have made inquiries to http://www.eisho-world.com/line.html but as yet have not had a reply.
