#1 better figure out what you actually have as Kubota never made a XK 121
Get the Model # and the Serial # as they make several generations of some units.
Then your best bet is get the WSM for the unit, it will have all the trouble shooting info in it.

You need to look again Kubota never made a XK121
They did however make a KX121-1, KX121-2, and a KX121-3
And yes it may very well be a Dyslexic typo, but one need to be 100% sure what model one needs info for.
You are correct, my Dyslexia strikes again. Most of the time I catch them before final posting, but that on got by me. That is why I have to read everything over and over again. A lot of times, spell checker catches them for me. Sorry!

check pressure at the end of the cylinder hose. This will require a pressure gauge. If you have good pressure at the end of the hose, I would suspect a blown cylinder seal. If not, you have a control valve issue.
