Hello, I want to change out my coolant. Is it possible to do a complete drain from the drain plug on rad? I can not see a drain plug on the engine block.
Thanks

I don't see a vent on my 900. The 1120 has a bigger engine, I wonder if that is the difference.

I can’t copy and paste the section. The breather valve is on a brace between the bed and driver’s side seat. It’s on a diagonal brace

Raise the bed and look just behind the drivers seat, definitely have to open it to fill the system back up. I did a couple flush and fills with distilled water. Pretty easy job. Good luck

So if I understand correctly I can drain the whole system by opening that valve and the drain valve on rad?
Thanks

The X900 has a vent-LINE attached to the ROPS just behind the drivers seat. Raise the bed and look.
If you don’t open that vent you won’t: 1- completely drain, and 2- won’t completely fill....leading to an initial OVERHEAT after you think you’ve filled the system.
