What other winter cover crops are people using and prices.

Best price in my area is $9.00 a bushel in forty bushel bags cleaned. Bin run in your container is from $9.00 to $14.00 a bushel.

LOL amazone wants $15-$89 for an NGK spark plug for my chainsaw...went to crappy tire and got it for $2.99.

I keep wondering who is buying these items at those inflated prices? I'm guessing lazy purchasing department types who say it costs too much to add a new vendor to the corporate acceptable vendor list.

Local Tractor Supply around here wants $54.95 for a 50lb bag. That's ridiculous. That's double what it used to cost.

My neighbor used to spread winter rye on his property every year to green up his property during winter.

Last year was the first year he didn't do it.

He said the cost had gone up too much.

I agree.
