My B2650 has no fuel water filter, that I know.isn't Sea Foam designed to emulsify water in fuels?
wouldn't this render your diesels water filters worthless thus putting water through the entire high pressure fuel system? (like operating with your water filters removed)
especially with the advent of bio-diesel wouldn't this be a very bad thing in modern diesels especially in winter?
good to know... I have never seen a diesel w/o a water filter or separator. My B2650 has no fuel water filter, that I know.
And after 6 years of seafoam treatment with no fuel issues of any kind whatsoever, I'm confident there's no issue.
It just works.
Well if my tractor's fuel filter is it's water filter then yes, I've also got a fuel/water filter. It's just never been referred to as it's "water" filter that I can remember.good to know... I have never seen a diesel w/o a water filter or separator.
getting smarter everyday.
cheers

Is #1 just kerosene? In all my years I've never had a diesel gel on me and we get COLD!
I think it's because we only run #1 Diesel here year around.
There are too many High altitude logging trucks and equipment and they don't want to have down time with the cold.
Close but not as refined. Is #1 just kerosene?
I had a store (BP) for 14 years and my supplier would always ask me when I wanted to start and I always told him November 1stA good friend owns the station so usually when he gets his statement it will state what it is.
He actually got rid of his plow truck and brought the tractor to snow blow. Will the dealer come and clean his snow-filled driveway when the fuel gels and he can't get it started? My guess is no, so I suggest that your BIL either use a fuel additive or get a plow truck.
