I have a B7100 that's been a great little tractor, use it for brush hogging and mowing. Yesterday, after mowing for about an hour and a half, I noticed a bit of white smoke coming out of the right side of the engine compartment. Shut it down, checked the bleeding screw because I'd run it out of gas the prior day, and it was a little loose and fuel was seeping. Same thing today, only I checked to see where specifically the smoke was coming from and it's a pan under the engine. I've taken a pic, since I don't know the correct terminology! Help, please.

Are you sure it's coming from the pan? On top of the valve cover, there should be a vent with a hose running down the side of the engine. You could be seeing a little blow by from the engine out of the vent.

In small amounts it's not bad. Now if it looks like your fogging for skeeters  Well, then it might be time for a rebuild.

Any chance there's grass or a stick down near an exhaust manifold?

You don't say exactly where the smoke is coming from, but I'll have a guess that it's coming from the engine breather pipe which goes from the top of the valve cover down the side of the engine.
EDIT. Daren types faster than me!

I'll look more closely, it was drifting from what looked to be the area at the top of the pan. Probably is blow-by based upon other posts I'd read and what you're saying. It's a very small amount, but I always notice when something is "off" and want to address it. Thank you!!!
