Maybe just working on his house but he certainly has become an inactive moderator for the last month or so.

Hopefully he has not gotten burned out and decided to leave permanently.

Anyone know what is up with NIW?

I too think he is working on his house - I sent him a PM a while back about a block and head on B7100 - have not heard from him. His house I think is going well, but it is taking a lot of his time!

Maybe he will pop in here soon! Hope so anyway!

House/Shed construction do seem to gobble up long days. This has been the mildest summer I can remember temperature wise, and probably one of the wettest. Though working temperatures are excellent, can't do much when it's rainin' like a cow peein' on a flat rock. Then every minute it ain't rainin', ya gotta spend on making progress.

Hope he's well and pops in for a howdy.

I hope so too. I hope his home build is going well and I hope that's what is occupies his time. But his wisdom is missed all the way to here in Vermont.

Same here. Gut feeling is good weather and life is keeping him busy...certainly hope so!

I remember being young(er) once…and all those 16+ hour days building my own house while working a full time job…amazing how things slow down when you pass 70……and yes, the house will never be finished…it started out as a five year project…LOL
