When was my tractor made (and more...)?

Hello everyone! I'm new here. I find this forum about week ago, it is very interesting. I purchased my first tractor couple weeks ago from auction and need help to find more about it.

It is blue/white Kubota tractor with cabin you can still see at some airports.

It has a metal plate on its frame: L2550-12396 (model-serial number). Made in Japan by Kubota LTD. and has 3 cylinder diesel engine: 90331 / K2-D / 01452-DI? or 01462-DI? / 1395 cc.
I checked US Kubota website and this engine is not listed under L series. Is this gray market unit? What is production year of this tractor?

Also installed Kubota oil filter (70000-74035) does not match recommended oil filter for L2550.

I want to change fuel/oil/air filter, rear tires, etc., how and where to order?
For which US equivalent model do I need to order parts/filters?

I may upload pictures later, if this can help this tractor identification.

Check our home page for filter part numbers and cross over numbers from NAPA and WIX.

Hi Serv. Dept. Vic,

I was trying to find a crossover part number for other (NAPA, WIC, FRAM etc) oil filters for a 2010 L-2800 that I bought back in late December. It looks like the chart I found is only for gray market Kubotas. Is there a chart that I am not seeing that I can access? Thanks for all your help on this site.

Does anyone know if hydraulics and PTO (rear? or mid?) can be installed on this tractor? Is it difficult to install (for example, if I pull it from salvaged tractor)?

.Hi just wondering if any one could help identifying some of the numbers on my Kubota L2000DT (L225DT)

on the side of the gearbox it has L2000DT then 15318 whats the 15318 mean?
Also on one side of engine block it has K2 407 25 what do these numbers mean?

on the other side of the engine it has 1115 cc which i have worked out
and on the dip stick it has D1100Z750V1500

I have just bought this tractor L2000DT looks pretty good all repainted and a new 4 in 1 bulldog loader fitted and new tyres all round .
Im in Australia got it pretty cheap as it has a fault with the front drive 4wd is not working . It engages 4WD and the shaft turns but something in the axle must be broken ,maybe a striped spline .
Is there a common thing that breaks in the front axle
just looking for ideas before i pull it apart rough cost of parts .

The 15318 is the serial number for the tractor.
